I created this course to allow you to take proper space and time for you, with full support, to move forward in life but in a way that brings more balance, flow and ease.
We will work together for 3 Months and I will offer you many means of support over that time.
Each month we will do a 1-2-1 One Hour Session by Phone/Zoom to work through your blocks, overcome fears, focus on where you want to progress to and so much more.
Every fortnight I will be hosting a group online class where you can join me and others as I will cover different teachings in each class, do a gentle and relaxing meditation and answer your questions.
Every day you will receive a text message from me with short teachings, meditations and encouragement.
