Keeping track of your emotions weekly is a really powerful exercise as you will gain insight into how you are truly feeling and also, why you are feeling this way. You will increase your self-awareness and understand yourself more.
Each week, I will encourage you to keep track of your emotions. You can fill out the form below, which I will keep and at the end of every month I will then send you your results.
Your results will show you what has effected you and how it has made you feel but also you can track if you improved in some areas and what helped you to gain those improvements.
