Join me for a really wonderful 6 Week Course of Guided Meditation to help you prioritise your self-care, take time for yourself and de-stress.
Each week we will cover a different topic in a One Hour Class.
We will join together in a comfortable and relaxing space with candlelight and gentle music.
You can enjoy the following every week:
15 minutes of teachings on a new topic each week.
45 minutes of lying down Guided Meditation in the comfort of your own home.

*This class will take place Live & Online via Zoom (http://www.zoom.com). You will be able to see me on camera, hear beautiful meditation music and can relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home.
