Integration & Spiritual Practice

Welcome to your new month here at It’s Time For Me.  This month is another gentle time where we will stop putting ourselves under pressure to “fix” ourselves or to keep doing work on ourselves.  I know that each one of you, simply by showing up for yourself in this membership, is continually working on yourself but I would really like you to take a moment to allow all that you have learnt and all that you have gone through – the good and the bad – to be integrated into your system.

When we go through life’s changes, especially the ones that impact us the most, we actually become a little bit different during each of these phases.  We evolve and we grow more than we recognise and this month I would like you to allow yourself the space and time, with my support, to acknowledge the healing and changes you have gone through and integrate this into body, mind and soul so that you can see just how wonderful you truly are, to see how much you have done and to ground this healing and growth into yourself as you move forward and live in a new way – a way that is gentle, compassionate and kind towards yourself.

If we continue living life like we are a project that needs to be improved/sorted out we will never be able to delve into the abundance and beauty that life has to offer.  There is always a place for learning and more healing and we do a lot of that here at It’s Time For Me but I think we will grow and heal more if we tap into the strength and resilience we have through self-kindness and self-compassion so that we can really just enjoy living in this moment in time and see how life wants to flow and what wants to show up.

This month I will support you in this integration process through your weekly insights, a meditative journey, classes and intuitive guidance.  All you need to do is show up for yourself in a loving way and in a way that feels really good to you.  Do what you feel drawn to this month – maybe that’s journaling, maybe it’s meditating, maybe it’s listening to the weekly audio teachings or maybe it is simply sitting in nature and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Also, this month we will be creating lovely spiritual practices to support your integration process and your new way of living and being.  Sometimes when we hear of the word spiritual we think of spirits, angels, etc and to me, spirituality is just a connection to our higher self and the higher energies in whatever form you feel most connected to.

The Lighthouse – Meditative Journey 

A 25 minute Meditation Journey to connect you into the light of who you are; the light that is always present even when you can’t feel it. This journey will support you in reconnecting with the expansiveness of all you are and you’ve nothing to do in life but remember your light.


Reflective Moment Meditation

A 2 minute guided reflective moment to help you simply stop for a moment and tune inwards.

On 1st June 2022, last week, I sent you a mini reading.   I would encourage you to work with the chakra colour that you felt drawn to over the course of this month to help you.


Journaling is a very reflective and powerful process as it helps you gain deeper awareness of how you are thinking and feeling.  It is a space for you to carve out some time just for you and to offer yourself an opportunity to connect with yourself.

Safely light a candle, play some meditative music and let your words flow out on the page.

A fun and creative Drawing Exercise ~ please bring plain paper and colouring pens/pencils/crayons etc.

Flower Ritual ~ please bring a small bowl of water and a few flowers from your garden or from a small bunch you might buy.

This month as a member of It’s Time For Me you can attend my Guided Meditation Class for free.

On Tuesday 14th June 2022 at 9pm Irish time we will be joining together on Zoom for a Meditation called ‘A Journey Back to Myself’.

This class is a perfect way to have one whole hour to sit back or lie down and let me gently guide you through a gentle meditation.

This meditation is perfect for you if:

You have come through a difficult time recently and want to feel like yourself again.

Have made some significant life changes and are ready to embrace this new path you are creating in life.

Have been feeling overwhelmed, tired or burnt out and want to reset your energy by reconnecting to yourself.
